New Listing! 37.94 Acres Pike County, Illinois

One of the many benefits of land sales to someone who loves being outdoors is walking properties. I was out on a great new 37.94 m/l acre tract in Pike County IL the other day taking pictures and had a lot of fun. I was enjoying the view from the bluff and walked right up on some mushrooms. I left them there for the owners but it was nice to see the property had great mushroom hunting. Then I found a matched set of sheds right under some cedars. Not a giant set but he will be bigger this year I thought to myself. I was finding big rub after big rub and was excited to know that someone will get to see those bucks some day while hunting this great property. Moving on down the bluff I walked upon some box turtles all stuffed inside their shells. Their shells glowed with bright hues of orange and yellow. It made me think -this property is very diverse and healthy seeing all that I have.  It was just a beautiful day and it was nice to be outdoors enjoying all the wildlife!
